Owner & Operator, Ingrid Watermann, RMT, first started i day spa as a home-based business in the Comox Valley in 2004. After developing a growing clientele base is pleased to be located in the heart of the Downtown Courtenay Community.

Since 1999 Ingrid brings 12 years of full time hands on work experience, Ingrid has worked across Canada at top Canadian Resort Destination Spas honing her skills and is delighted to have her own business i day spa to the residents and guests of the Comox Valley.

Ingrid is honoured to be part of her clients’ healthy lifestyle choices. i day spa is a positive, encouraging and accepting atmosphere to allow both physical and energetic healing to take place.

Jessica O'Gorman, Licensed Esthetician

Jessica brings to her work 5 years of Salon & Spa experience. She was trained in Vancouver, British Columbia, for Esthetics. Jessica has extensive knowledge & experience with the Eminence Organic Skin Care line.

Jessica has an infectious passion for her work & a warm, genuine caring for each client she sees. Jessica's attention to detail & quality of service will have you coming back for more!

Alisa Mawle, Registered Massage Therapist

Alisa knows that embracing Massage Therapy has personally changed the way she views and lives life.She believes strongly in the benefit of natural health practices. She enjoys sharing the knowledge and experience she has gained with her patients, empowering them to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Since becoming an RMT in 2005 she has experienced increased health, general contentment and more positive outlook on life by working with similar minded practitioners. She continues to keep her skills and knowledge updated through research and continuing education courses. Alisa's warm and empathetic presence will make you feel right at home & will quickly become an integral part of your Massage Therapy needs.

Alisa graduated from West Coast college of Massage Therapy, Victoria, in 2005 & continues her·education in Soft Tissue Release & Myofascial Release
